YlläsHumina is a friendly family run hotel set in the pretty village of Akäslompolo in the Ylläs ski area, Western Finnish Lapland. This popular hotel boasts a cosy fireside restaurant and a bar that attracts the après skiers. Accommodation is in rooms set in small cottages surrounding the main reception and restaurant cabin. For winter visitors a ski bus runs to the nearby ski slopes throughout the day where you will find an excellent ski school. The area is also an excellent location for snowboarders, cross country skiers with hundreds of kilometres of well groomed trails or those wanting to experience activities such as snowmobiling and husky sledging.

Log cabin rooms

One log cabin has 4 cottage rooms. Each end of the log cabin has two cottage rooms with a common veranda.

In the floor plan below the upper log cabin room portrays the main level of the 1 1/2 story room and the lower part of the picture portrays the upper level of the cabin room with the two spare beds.
