When planning your wedding the only limits are your imagination

 

Travel to the ceremony in a reindeer or snowmobile pulled sled or be whisked through the forest to the service in a sleigh pulled by a team of huskies.

The ceremony can take place in a peaceful, simple wooden chapel set in the forest, on a traditional reindeer farm or in a spectacular Snow and Ice Chapel.*

Choose from a range of accommodation from a log cabin set among the trees with double bed, open fire and sauna or push the boat out and take the Queen suite with its luxurious bathroom with a bath, free minibar, bath robes and outdoor hot tub. A must is a night in one of the hotel’s unique glass or ice igloos.

 

Our Standard Wedding Arrangement is £1989 per couple which includes:

A Civil ceremony in the wooden chapel including transfer by    car

Legal requirements and witness fees

Marriage certificate

Wedding co-ordinator

Basic Decoration of wedding venue with flowers and candles

A bottle of sparkling wine

Bridal Bouquet

Grooms Button Hole.

 

In addition we can also arrange the following:

Special transfers to the church

Please note that in the Ice chapel temperatures are between -2 and -5 Celsius and external

temperaturesin winter Lapland range from 0 to -40 so please choose your outfits accordingly.

Friends and relatives

If you decide to invite friends and family to help celebrate your special day with you we can arrange their travel and accommodation to Kakslauttanen or to stay in the nearby resort of Saariselka.

 

Safaris

During your stay in Lapland we can arrange an exciting range of activities from the hotel including snowmobiling, husky and reindeer safaris.

The following documents listed must be with Emagine at least 6 weeks before you travel

Valid 10 year passports (photocopy)

Completed Marriage in Finland Forms (supplied by Emagine)

Form for Request for examination of the impediments to marriage (supplied by Emagine)

An affidavit Certificate of No Impediment to Marriage (Original).

 

 

Important Information regarding flights

	The prices shown throughout the Lapland part of our website represent the cost of the ground arrangements only, to this you will have to add the airfare from wherever you wish to depart from. Previously our prices have included the air fare content of the “package” however recent changes in the way airlines sell their air seats means that air fares and taxes have become more susceptible to change and therefore do not remain at the same constant level throughout the validity of the programmes on offer. Therefore the earlier you book the better chance you will have to obtain the best possible air fare. When you have decided on your ground arrangement, please call us and we will endeavour to find the lowest airfare possible. To obtain the lowest fares airlines now require early booking and full payment for the flights at the time of booking, full payment for the flights will be in addition to the £100* deposit required for the ground arrangements. * Full payment is required if booked within 8 weeks of departure   Book early call 01942 262 662 to add the best possible air fares
