The small village of Muonio is located on the banks of Muonio River, in north western Lapland close to the Swedish border. Its northerly, isolated location makes it the ideal place to experience and appreciate nature whatever the season.

Hotel Jeris - Hotel Jeris is in an idyllic setting, by a lake and deep in the forest. It is 200km north of the Arctic Circle in north western Lapland. Visitors are attracted to the area by its beauty, gentle fells and excellent safaris. It is the perfect place to escape to.

Iso-Syöte, which is often called the gateway to Lapland, is located in northern Finland just below the Arctic Circle and is home to Finland’s southern most fells.
This area is the ideal location throughout the year for those looking for unspoilt nature, open spaces and a wide range of activities.
During the winter this magical location boasts some of the country’s heaviest snowfall. The gentle fells and easy going atmosphere make Iso-Syöte the ideal location to learn to ski. It has 12 pistes of which 7 are illuminated the longest being 1200m and 6 lifts. The resort is also at the heart of a network of 120km of cross-country skiing trails, many of which are considered to be easy and therefore ideal for beginners that just wish to explore this winter wonderland.
Close to the hotel is Finland newest National park with excellent well marked hiking trails attracting visitors summer and autumn.
SaariselkaLocated in the far north of Finnish Lapland, 250km above the Arctic Circle, Saariselka is a small resort, with a handful of hotels and private cabins, literally in the middle of nature. It enjoys wonderful views across surrounding fells and easy access to the forest trails, whether it be for hiking, skiing or safaris. The resort is home to, with in a gentle walk from all our hotels, a tiny, simple chapel, a few gift shops, a supermarket, spa swimming pool (located in Hotel Holiday club) and at the edge of the resort is an excellent toboggan slope. A ski bus runs several times a day between the hotels and nearby slopes. If you are going to see the Aurora Borealis anywhere in the world it is here and where better to experience the midnight sun.
Riekonlinna - Hotel Riekonlinna is a firm favourite with our clients, many returning year after year. It offers a good standard of accommodation and you will be welcomed by friendly staff. All rooms have private facilities, balcony, mini-bar, TV, phone and drying cupboard. Facilities also include a welcoming fireside bar, excellent restaurant, children's playroom and saunas. The safari office is just a few minutes walk away and a free bus runs between the hotel and ski slopes several times a day.
Holiday Club - Holiday Club Saariselkä is located at the heart of Saariselka allowing easy access to the resort’s facilities. Hotel facilities include a restaurant, lobby bar and an excellent spa swimming pool with saunas and jacuzzis.
Accommodation is in twin rooms (some of which have two single beds and a 140cm wide sofa bed), private facilities and TV.
The hotel also offers a range of spa treatments such as massages and mud treatments.
Tunturi - Located in the resort of Saariselka, enjoying views of the nearby fells, Hotel Tunturi offers guests an excellent range of accommodation and facilities.
At the heart of the hotel are the reception area, good restaurants of differing styles, a small play area and large fireside bar in which to relax at the end of a hectic, exciting day.
Accommodation is less than 100 metres from the reception, in well equipped apartments, all with private facilities, kitchenette, TV and sauna. Two and three bedroom apartments available upon request.
Kakslauttanen - Kakslauttanen is located in North Eastern Lapland just 15 km south of the popular resort of Saariselkä. It sits on the edge of the Urho Kekkonen National Park, one of Europe’s last extensive wilderness areas. Accommodation is in romantic kelo-pine cabins, all with private sauna and fireplace, set among the trees.
