Preliminary Information
Salmon fishing is popular on the River Muoniojoki, the peaceful boundary river between Finland and Sweden . The river is considered one of the best salmon rivers in Finland , with not only salmon, but also grayling and trout. Harriniva Holiday Centre, which is situated by the river, offer you unforgettable experiences and excellent opportunities for fishing.
Arrival to Kittilä airport and transfer to Harriniva Holiday Centre in Muonio, (1 hour).
On arrival accommodation in is twin rooms and information about the programme will be given.
For the following 2-3 days you will go fishing on the Muonio river, with a qualified guide showing you the best places.
The guide is available for 2 days, 4 hours per day.
A delicious picnic lunch will be provided every day.
On your return to the hotel you may sauna and then dinner is served at the hotel.
Additional fishing can be agreed on the spot.
On the 5th day transfer to Kittilä airport.
Extra days on request.
Please note that salmon fishing is not allowed between Monday 7.00 pm and Wednesday 7.00 pm.
