over Christmas Syöte
The Syöte hotels are a real hit with families due to their informal, relaxed atmosphere and wide range of accommodation. Both hotels command wonderful fell top locations and easy access to the beautiful surrounding nature. They really are in the middle of no where, with the nearest town over 30km, so if you have shopping or clubbing in mind this isn’t the place for you, but those in search of a true winter wonderland will be delighted.
The first thing you notice when you step into Juha and Katarina’s unpretentious and easy going hotel is the amazing view from the panoramic reception and restaurant, they are breathtaking. This friendly hotel offers its guests the possibility of staying in a cabin but having all the facilities of a hotel on the door step. Hotel facilities include a restaurant, bar, saunas, 14m swimming pool and easy access to the 12 gentle ski slopes. The pretty snow covered, traditional rustic one or two bed roomed cabins are located approximately 300 metres downhill from the hotel and are therefore not recommended for those with walking difficulties. The hotel also offers a small number of twin rooms.
